Terms and Conditions

Ordering and Payment

We accept orders from customers worldwide. We accept payments in New Zealand dollars. Please use our secure online payment options. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit cards via a secure server to protect you from fraud. We do not receive or store your credit/debit card details but only the confirmation of the completed transaction.

You can also pay by Paypal. You do not need to be a Paypal member to make a payment this way. If you choose Paypal we don’t receive or store your credit/debit card details but only the confirmation of the completed transaction.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal orders you must be a New Zealand based customer so please contact us with your order so we can advise you where to send your payment. Please remember that goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

We reserve the right to notify if any order has incorrectly calculated cost, shipping, or quantity error. This email will be sent ot you in 24 hrs and we will give options to proceed forward.

At times product will sell and we may have a slight delay in new supplies, again we will inform you immediately of any delays.

Please note we don't provide labels with Nutritional breakdown.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Email addresses are used by only us where indicated by customers that they wish to receive information on promotions and offers.
Customer addresses and delivery details are only shared with third parties responsible for carriage of goods.

Returns Policy

If there is problem, please contact us and give us your contact details, order details, purchase number and tell us the reason why you are not happy with your goodies. If for some reason you are not satisfied, return the item to us in original condition.

Upon return and inspection we will be pleased to promptly issue a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.

All returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase.

Please note Exception: Courier items need to be put away out of the outside conditions each season brings – so please ensure you are not leaving items outside. We strongly recommend to ship to an address where someone is there to collect from courier directly.
Courier companies do NOT cover perishable goods and will NOT accept charges or claims for goods that are left outside unattended and perish, nor do we sorry.

If nobody is home to collect the items and the items go missing, again these are not covered.

Shipping

The shipping cost is calculated and added to the total amount  on the check out page.

We process and dispatch all internet and phone orders within 48 hours. Our products are couriered in satchels or secure cardboard boxes and handled by a number of Couriers. This means you should receive your order within 1-3 working days anywhere in New Zealand. Allow an extra day for rural delivery.
Courier items need to be put away out of the outside conditions each season brings – so please ensure you are not leaving items outside. We strongly recommend to ship to an address where someone is there to collect from courier directly.

If you wish to have signature goods, you need to ask so we can organise this request.

As each region in NZ differs for postage costs and courier costs, we reserve the right to request additional costs should the direct cost be more than the quoted amount. Also should the costs be less, we do reimburse our customers direct to credit card or bank account.

Please note that for bulk orders and gift box purchases, the shipping rates may differ.

PLEASE NOTE:
The shipping option selection "Non tracked NZ Wide (Non Rural & Rural) " is at customers risk!  We will not be held liable for the loss of any parcel if this option is selected and no claim can be made.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time by emailing info@crazycandies.co.nz.

Once cancellation is confirmed, your order will be deleted immediately and you will be notified as such.

A full refund will only be applied if payment for the order has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment has not been received within 7 days of placing the order. You will be notified of the cancellation.
