RETURNS POLICY
We want you to enjoy your lollies. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.
If for some reason you are not satisfied, and you wish to return and get a different replacement product, you need to notify us within 24 hours of courier delivery receipt. Once notified the item must be returned to us within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are clearly noted as CLEARANCE.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1a Poplar Grove, Whalers Gate, New Plymouth 4310, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
